Site Tracker: In order to improve the website and to better
achieve the goals of the website (e.g. frequency of visits, increase in page
views), the behaviour of users on our website is recorded and analysed in a
pseudonymised form. Users of the website are marked in pseudonymous form in
order to recognize them on the website. Pseudonymous user profiles are
created from this information. The pseudonymous user profiles are not merged
with data about the bearer of the pseudonym. The aim of the process is to
investigate where users come from, which areas of the website are visited and
how often and for how long which subpages and categories are viewed. Cookies
(see section C.) from the Site Tracker web analysis tool are used for these
purposes. |

Information about your rights
As
a data subject, you have the following rights with regard to the processing of
your personal data:
Right
of access (Art. 15 DS-GVO)
As
the person concerned, you have a right to information under the conditions of
Art. 15 DS-GVO.
This
means in particular that you have the right to request confirmation from us as
to whether we are processing personal data concerning you. If this is the case,
you also have a right of access to this personal data and to the information
listed in Art. 15 para. 1 DS-GVO. This includes, for example, information on
processing purposes, on the categories of personal data being processed and on
the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been
or will be disclosed (Article 15(1)(a), (b) and (c) DS Block Exemption
Regulation).
The
full scope of your right to information can be found in Art. 15 DS-GVO, which
can be accessed here
under the following link.
Right
to rectification (Art. 16 DS-GVO)
As the person concerned, you have a right to rectification under the conditions
of Art. 16 DS-GVO. This means, in particular, that you have the right to demand
from us immediately the correction of incorrect personal data concerning you
and the completion of incomplete personal data. The full scope of your right to
rectification can be found in Art. 16 DS-GVO, which can be accessed here
under the following link.
Right
to cancellation ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17 DS-GVO)
As
a data subject, you have a right to deletion ("right to be
forgotten") under the conditions of Art. 17 DS-GVO.
This
means that, in principle, you have the right to demand that we delete personal
data relating to you immediately, and we are obliged to delete personal data
immediately if one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 (1) DS-GVO applies. This
may be the case, for example, if personal data are no longer necessary for the
purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed (Art. 17 para. 1
lit a DS-GVO).
If
we have made the personal data public and we are obliged to delete them, we are
also obliged, taking into account the available technology and the
implementation costs, to take appropriate measures, including technical
measures, to inform other data controllers who process the personal data that
an affected person has requested them to delete all links to this personal data
or copies or replications of this personal data (Art. 17 para. 2 DS-GVO).
The
right to deletion ("right to be forgotten") does not apply in
exceptional cases if the processing is necessary for the reasons listed in Art.
17 para. 3 DS-GVO. This may be the case, for example, if the processing is
necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or to assert, exercise or defend legal
claims (Art. 17 para. 3 lit a and e DS-GVO).
The
full scope of your right to deletion can be found in Art. 17 DS-GVO, which can
be accessed here
under the following link.
Right
to limitation of processing (Art. 18 DS-GVO)
As
a data subject, you have the right to limit the processing under the conditions
of Art. 18 DS-GVO.
This
means that you have the right to demand that we restrict processing if one of
the conditions listed in Art. 18 para. 1 DS-GVO is met. This may be the case,
for example, if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data. In this case,
the processing is restricted for a period of time that enables us to verify the
accuracy of the personal data (Art. 18 Para. 1 lit a DS-GVO).
Restriction
means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their future
processing (Art. 4 No. 3 DS-GVO). The full scope of your right to restriction
of processing can be found in Art. 18 DS-GVO, which you can access here.
Right
to data transferability (Art. 20 DS-GVO)
As
a data subject, you have the right to data transfer under the conditions of
Art. 20 DS-GVO. This means that, in principle, you have the right to receive
the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured,
common and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this
data to another responsible person without any hindrance on our part, provided
that the processing is based on a consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a or
Art. 9 Para. 2 lit a DS-GVO or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b
DS-GVO and the processing is carried out by means of automated procedures (Art.
20 Para. 1 DS-GVO).#
Information
on whether processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit a or
Art. 9 para. 2 lit a DS-GVO or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit b
DS-GVO can be found in the information on the legal basis for processing in
Section B of this data protection information.
When
exercising your right to data transferability, you also have the fundamental
right to obtain that the personal data is transferred directly by us to another
responsible person, insofar as this is technically feasible (Art. 20 Para. 2
DS-GVO).
The
full scope of your right to data transferability can be found in Art. 20
DS-GVO, which you can access here.
Right
of opposition (Art. 21 DS-GVO)
As
a data subject, you have the right to object under the conditions of Art. 21
DS-GVO. As the person concerned, we will expressly draw your attention to your
right to object at the latest at the time of the first communication with you.
Below you will find more detailed information:

profiling based on these provisions.
Information
on whether processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit e or f DS-GVO can be found
in the information on the legal basis for processing in Section B of this data

we will no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can prove
compelling reasons for processing worthy of protection which outweigh your
interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion,
exercise or defence of legal claims.

connected with such direct marketing.

as to whether and to what extent personal data is processed for the purpose of
direct marketing can be found in the information on processing purposes in
Section B of this Privacy Policy.
In
the event of an objection against processing for purposes of direct marketing,
we will no longer process the personal data concerned for these purposes.
The
full scope of your right to object can be found in Art. 21 DS-GVO, which you
can download here.
Right
to withdraw consent (Art. 7 para. 3 DS-GVO)
If the processing is based
on a consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit a or Art. 9 para. 2 lit a DS-GVO,
you as the data subject pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 DS-GVO have the right to
revoke your consent at any time. The revocation of the consent does not affect
the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to
the revocation. We will inform you of this before giving your consent.
Information
on whether processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit a or
Art. 9 para. 2 lit a DS-GVO can be found in the information on the legal basis
for processing in Section B of this data protection information.
